Will my Stevenson University diploma have the University seal?
Yes, it will. A picture of the seal is below, but it is actually be imprinted on your diploma with green and gold foil. It will be very beautiful.

What size will be Stevenson University diploma be?
The Stevenson University diploma will be 11″ by 14″.
Will I get my diploma on graduation day?
Diplomas are not handed out to grads at commencement. All graduates will receive their diplomas in the mail. Look for your diploma about the middle of June. We will send an email to your Stevenson University account when we put them in the mail so that you can be alert for its arrival.
So, what diploma cover will I get at commencement?
When you walk across the stage, the President shakes your hand and presents you with a diploma cover. (And it’s a nice cover). The Stevenson University name is imprinted on the front. This cover is designed to protect your diploma as well as being an attractive display piece.
What’s printed on my diploma?
Your name, degree earned, major and academic honors. Academic honors, cum laude, magna cum laude and summa cum laude are awarded to undergraduates only. At this point in time, the particular school “ex. School of Business and Leadership” will not be printed on the diploma. We are waiting until we get the organizational structure of all the schools established.
What if my diploma doesn’t come in the mail? I’ll want to know if I got my degree.
If you do not receive your diploma, contact the Registrar’s Office at 443-334-2206. It could be that we had a bad address. Also, diplomas will not be released if you have an outstanding balance, fine or library obligation. And of course, not completing your degree requirements will keep you from getting a diploma. Your official SU transcript verifies your degree.
What if my diploma gets lost or damaged in the future?
You can order a replacement through the Registrar’s Office. There is a downloadable form you can print to request a replacment.
