Replacement Diploma Guidelines

Stevenson University graduates may request a replacement diploma if their original has been lost or destroyed or a name has been legally changed. Replacement diplomas will include all information contained on the original diploma except that all signatories will be current administrators and the diploma will be issued under the name Stevenson University. Since SU now has the ability to add a student’s major and any honors awarded, these items will also be included.

The process for obtaining a replacement diploma is as follows:

  1. A graduate seeking a replacement diploma should complete the Replacement Diploma Order Form available in the Registrar’s Office. A downloadable version of the form is also available.
  2. The fee for the replacement diploma shall be $30, which covers the cost of mailing.   Diplomas will be mailed to the address provided on the order form.
  3. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of the new diploma.
