How to Get Class Rosters
To get class rosters, perform the following steps. This is also an excellent way to find out whether a student has added, dropped or withdrawn from a course you are teaching.
- Click the “WebXpress” link at left. This takes you to the “Welcome to WebXpress” page.
- Click “WebXpress for Faculty.”
- Click “Class Roster.”
- The login box pops up. Enter your username and password and click “Submit.” If you have forgotten your password, click on “I’m New to WebXpress” and follow the directions on the screen.
- The next screen prompts you to choose a session. Using the drop-down arrow, select the session, or if you are teaching in multiple sections, use the date range boxes to enter the dates you need, i.e., 8/29/08 – 12/18/08. Please enter one or the other, but not both. Click “Submit.”
- Using the mouse, click inside the “Choose One” box located next to the class you wish to see/print. Click “Submit.”
- If you wish to print the roster, click the print button in your browser.
